I have an issue to Import, what to do next?

Having issues to import? Please follow these steps

Clean your cache/cookies and make sure you are using the latest extension. 

1. Check this video on how to update your extension to the latest version

2. Open your browser and paste this URL chrome://settings/clearBrowserData 

3. Clear your cookies / cache ( all time )  -> https://monosnap.com/file/6qOm...

4. Restart your browser

5. Login to your Shopify admin dashboard/apps and click the Editorify app.

Now try again.

Important to know: The Free plan is Limited to the import reviews functionality (no option to import videos or images) and it is limited to Aliexpress source, import 3 reviews for each product for 25 products (max 75 reviews in total)
