To delete Videos that have been added using the Editorify app, follow the guide below:
Visit your Shopify admin dashboard
Click the apps from the side menu
Click the Editorify app (you will get redirected to the Editorify dashboard)
Click the Reviews from the side menu, Import list and choose the videos tab on the top
Find the Video that you want to delete and click the delete option.
Note: Wait 30-60 seconds and refresh the product page to make sure that the video has been removed.
In case the video hasn’t been removed, you can remove it manually.
