I have an issue to Import, what to do next?

Having issues to import? Please follow these steps

Clean your cache/cookies and make sure you are using the latest extension. 

1. Check this video on how to update your extension to the latest version:

2. Open your browser and paste this URL chrome://settings/clearBrowserData 

3. Clear your cookies / cache ( all time )  -> https://monosnap.com/file/6qOm...

4. Restart your browser

5. Login to your Editorify dashboard. 

Try to import again. 

Important to know: The Free plan is Limited to the import reviews functionality (no option to import videos or images) and it is limited to Aliexpress source only(25 product reviews, 3 reviews per product)
